Ground Rent:

Payable in advance twice yearly, ½ March and ½ October, the price for 2025 is £3050.00 for single units and £3100.00 for twin units E.G

• £1525.00 in March
  ( pays for July – December)
• £1525.00 in October
  (pays for January – July )
• £1550.00 for twin units

Gas & Electric:

Metered and invoiced twice yearly, May and November.

Insurance:

All Caravans must be insured, this can be done through us or your own insurers, a copy of the certificate to be held in the office.

Resale:

If an owner decides to sell, and the unit is not bought by ourselves, then we would take a commission of 15% + VAT of the total sale price.

Winter Shutdown:

As owner of a Holiday Home it is your responsibility to drain down and winterise your Caravan, however, for a charge we can do this for you, the service will include:

• Disconnection of the water supply
• Removal of all drain cocks
• Draining of all water and blowing out with air compressor
• Disconnection and draining water heater
• Anti-freeze in toilet cistern and pan
• Reconnection at the start of the season

This is an optional service at a cost of £50.00.

Our Season is 10 months from March 1st – January 1st
